Some things mentioned were:
The speed of the opening could be slower and more interesting with effects and a slow zoom for the exterior.
Light rays catching dust etc
Longer hesitation with the swing,giving the lady time to get up.
Death disappearing after pointing.
Also still working on keys for the first half of shot 17.
